Fast Track Admin was established in 2002 and have been operating for over 22 years.. What started out as a basic courier service quickly developed into a niche business providing assistance to conveyancing firms who were battling to obtain rates clearance figures and certificates from the City of Johannesburg.
Over the past 22 years we’ve built up extensive knowledge in dealing with almost all of the City’s many departments (as well as the various Municipal Owned Entities “MOE’s” City Power, Johannesburg Water and Pikitup) allowing us to streamline what can ordinarily be time consuming and frustrating processes.

If all of your rates clearance applications are submitted to the City of JHB by FTA and managed by us from the outset, a great deal of time is saved when problems or delays are encountered. If problems with your rates clearance applications are encountered, we will, more often than not, have the problems resolved before the matter becomes urgent – as long as we are promptly instructed to proceed with resolution of the problems as quoted.

Competitive Pricing
As our fees are normally covered by the sellers the benefits to your firm come at no cost to you. Having said that we understand that you have a duty to ensure that client’s funds are always used appropriately and that we are providing excellent value for their hard earned money.
The fees paid to Fast Track Admin (even for complicated matters) are almost always lower than what the clients would pay (in additional bond payments, interest, levies etc.) should lodgement of the matter be delayed as a result of clearance certificates not being available.
As COJ have strict criteria that needs to be met before they will issue a set of rates clearance figures much of our time is spent correcting consumer accounts so that they meet the COJ’s clearance criteria.
When problems are encountered during the rates clearance application process, we quote to resolve the problems based on our vast experience with similar problems – not on a ‘what is it worth to the client’ basis. We do not charge on an hourly basis and so, like you, and the parties involved in the sale, it is in our interests to have any problem matters resolved and finalised as soon as possible.
A Large Team
Fast Track Admin consists of 6 full time staff members. These are divided up between office support and teams who attend COJ’s offices on a daily basis. Unlike many smaller consultants we have adequate cover for illness or unforeseen events meaning you won’t be left in the lurch should something unfortunate happen. You will be assigned a single point of contact at our office for all of your queries but our systems are designed in such a way that a handful of team members will be able to assist you at any time should the need arise
Impeccable Accounting & Flexible Invoicing Options
Our custom designed work flow system makes it almost impossible to incorrectly bill clients for work done.
We offer various options for invoicing completed work to reduce accounting admin on your end and our system can populate a schedule of all invoices which we’ve raised for a particular matter upon request. This document is useful in ensuring that all costs have been accounted for prior to the registration of a property thus ensuring that you are not left with a shortfall on a file after registration.
